Facility Rental
 
Our center is available to rent on a per hour basis for the use of the “Sage Room” and/or the Training Room. To submit an enquiry for space availability please complete the form below or email suzannesmith111@gmail.com

Facility Rental Includes:
full use of the private space including the kitchen and restroom
ample parking in front and also rear of the property
usage of the coffee/tea station
A/V system including microphone, 55” Roku TV with HDMI
to laptop/mobile for presentations (laptop provided)
high-speed wifi access
classroom equipped with 10 18” x 72” student folding tables
comfortable ‘plush’ folding chairs
Mediterranean restaurant next-door OR catering available
marketing services optional

plenty of great energy and ambience included!

Rental Rates:
Hourly space usage for practitioners -
20% of gross proceeds
daily rate for practitioners - negotiable, submit enquiry
Training Room 1 to 4 hour event - $20 per hour
Training Room - full day 8 hours - $150
Weekend - Sat & Sun 16 hours - $275
rates are negotiable for non-profit entities
we will provide marketing services for your event! please let us know if this is something of interest. cost is 10% of your gross fee
