Service Description

In this group guided meditation class we explore different kinds of meditation. This clsss is offered in-peraon at the center and on zoom at the same time. If attending in person, you do not need to fill out the registration form on this website - just come on to the center and pay when you arrive (cash or credit). If joining the class on zoom, then please go ahead and fill out the registration forms and pay for the class ahead of time. Also class is recorded and sent out to all participants after class.
